Can I request different options than the standard features?
In many cases, yes. Some options can be further customized to meet your needs and the needs of the specific home being built. Other standard features are just the best quality standards of the industry, so certain materials and practices are necessary.
Are the standard features included in the costs?
When you design your home with us, we will be transparent about the costs. We provide estimates and discuss changes with you as things move along. So, if you have questions about the cost, please reach out. Generally, our standard features are included in estimates, but upgrades are also available.
What if some of the standard features aren't to my liking?
If you aren't happy with a standard feature, don't worry! Many of the standard feature options can be upgraded or changed to your liking. For example, if you’d prefer tile instead of vinyl flooring, we can definitely make that happen for you! Or perhaps you want different hardware than our standard brushed nickel to be used in your home. If so, we can work with you on this too. Whatever it is you want to change or upgrade, talk to us about it and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
